Method
- Boil the potatoes for around 15 minutes or until fork tender. Once cooked & cooled, peel the potatoes and cut into 1.2 chunks.
- In a medium to large size bowl add in the potatoes, eggs & pickles.
- Then add in your miracle whip, mustard and apple cider vinegar. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator.

Onions & Celery optional
This recipe is a lot by feel, so if it's too dry you'll need to add some more miracle whip.
