Ingredients

  • 1 bag French Fries, Crinkle
  • 1 lb Burger, browned
  • 2 cups Lettuce, shredder
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/2 Red onion, sliced
  • 8-10 Slices, American Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Kinder, Cowboy Butter seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper
Smash Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayo (I use olive oil mayo)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2-3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Method

  1. Using a large sheet pan, bake your fries per the package directions.
  2. Brown your burger and add the cowboy seasoning.
  3. Chop your toppings, and make your smash sauce.
  4. Once the fries are baked & crispy, add the burger on top and your slices of American cheese. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted about 2-5 minutes.
  5. Add the rest of your toppings, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and drizzle smash sauce on top of them.
  6. ENJOY!
