I’m always on the hunt for new ways to elevate venison meat. I first started by creating a base meatball recipe and then created two different flavor profiles. The easiest thing to do is make the classic meatball recipe ahead of time, since it’s the most time-consuming part, then freeze the meatballs. When you’re in a pinch it’s super convenient to grab the premade meatballs and throw them into the crockpot with the BBQ ingredients!
You can find the Classic Venison Meatball Recipe HERE!
First up is this delicious bourbon meatball.
This particular recipe is made with a perfect combination of bourbon & BBQ sauce that creates a smoky and savory flavor, these meatballs will make your taste buds dance with joy. Use any of your favorite mild BBQ sauces, something that is a bit more savory then a sweet sauce.
If you need a unique and delicious appetizer to serve at your next party, these meatballs are it!
The second recipe is equally delicious, check out this Sweet Meatball Recipe
