  • Cilantro lime Cream Sauce

Easy Crockpot Shredded Chicken Salsa tacos

Ingredients

  • 2-3 large chicken breast or 1-2 pkgs of chicken tenders

  • 1 cup of Salsa

  • 2 TBS of taco seasoning

Directions

  • Add uncooked chicken to crockpot, add 1 cup of salsa and 2 TBS of taco seasoning. Set Crockpot on low for 4 hours.
  • As it’s cooking, use a wooden spatula to break up the chicken, do this every so often. Once it’s cooked shredded it even more to combine it with the salsa.
  • Serve it up! Leftovers also freeze well.

Notes

  • Serve it up with: flour tortillas, red onion, cilantro, cilantro lime cream sauce, and avocado. Bonus if you have queso fresco cheese.
