Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Want an easy appetizer or snack for the holidays? or any occasion? Then this cheese ball is it. It takes zero effort and it comes together in less then 30 minutes so that’s a double win.

My mom got this recipe many years ago from a coworker. It’s evolved a bit over time & been customized to fit our family’s taste buds. We made this last Thanksgiving and it was devoured in no time. We love to add extra green onions to this and serve with our favorite crackers Ritz & Breton of course.

If you like more dried beef feel free to add the whole jar, dried beef is a bit salty & with the extra seasoned salt added in, we opt not to use the whole jar. But if you love saltiness then go right ahead!

This cheese ball is so good we not only made it at Thanksgiving, but I’ve made two for Christmas as well.

The good news is you may already have these ingredients in your fridge & pantry, but if not you still have time to hit the store, or in my case online grocery shop, cause that’s where it’s at!

Enjoy!
