Have you ever had pepperoni bread or rolls? I did and I loved it, that originally inspired me to create these. They taste great hot or cold, however they’re irresistible right out of the oven served with warm marinara sauce.
When you bite into them they’re hollow pepperoni goodness, like little bread poofs stuffed with a pepperoni surprise.
These make a great appetizer or a dinner? I mean it’s essentially pizza right?
You can customize these to your liking, add some sauce inside of them, top with parmesan cheese, the sky is limitless.
Also, my husband now thinks he is a hand model (see last photo) Where is the face palm emoji when I need it!
