Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
  

  • 4 XL Burrito Tortillas
  • 4-5 Eggs, scrambled
  • 3-6 Slices, Bacon
  • 1 cup Spanish Rice
  • 10 Velveeta Cheese Slices
  • 1/2 cup Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
  • 10-15 Tater Tots, Cooked

Method
 

  1. Warm tortillas in a microwave, add 1-2 TBS of queso cheese sauce & 1-2 slices of Velveeta cheese.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of rice to each burrito, 1/2 cup of scrambled eggs & 1-1/2 slices of bacon. Add 4 Tater Tots to each burrito
  3. Fold the burritos up and brown in a skillet, fold side down. Flip after 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with salsa, guac and sour cream.
  5. Freeze any leftover burritos.

Notes

Freeze any left over burritos, wrapped in foil.
