Ingredients
Method
- Warm tortillas in a microwave, add 1-2 TBS of queso cheese sauce & 1-2 slices of Velveeta cheese.
- Add 1/4 cup of rice to each burrito, 1/2 cup of scrambled eggs & 1-1/2 slices of bacon. Add 4 Tater Tots to each burrito
- Fold the burritos up and brown in a skillet, fold side down. Flip after 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with salsa, guac and sour cream.
- Freeze any leftover burritos.
Notes
Freeze any left over burritos, wrapped in foil.
