- 5-6 Eggs, Cooked & Scrambled
- 1 Cup Ground Sausage, cooked
- 4 Slices, American Cheese
- 1 TBS Butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin or baking dish lightly with nonstick spray.Separate each biscuit into layers if possible, then gently flatten and press each biscuit piece into the muffin tin cups, creating a small crust. Scramble the eggs until just cooked. Cook and crumble the sausage if not already prepared.Cut the Velveeta cheese slices into smaller pieces. Fill each biscuit cup with scrambled eggs, sausage, and a piece of cheese.Brush the tops and edges of the biscuits with melted butter for a golden finish. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm!
