They take everything you crave about a classic smash burger — crispy beef, melty cheese, and all the toppings — and pile it onto a bed of golden fries. Best of all, they’re incredibly easy to make, making them perfect for busy weeknights or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients
- Frozen Fries, I prefer Crinkle Fries, and mt personal favorite the Lamb Weston brand.
- 1 lb ground beef or venison
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Grillo Pickle Chips-THE BEST
- Red Onion
- American Cheese
- Kinder’s Cowboy Butter Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
- Smash Burger Sauce
Optional toppings: bacon, Grillo’s Pickle De Gallo, Other cheeses

Instructions
- Cook the Fries: Prepare fries according to package instructions until crispy. Oven, and air fryer work great.
- Smash the Burger: Brown the burger in a skillet & add the Cowboy Butter Seasoning.
- Chop up your toppings & Make Smash Sauce
- Add the Cheese & Burger: Pull the fries from the oven give them a sprinkle of Cowboy Buter seasoning, salt & pepper. Add the burger & American cheese slices. Bake until cheese is just melted.
- Assemble the Fries: Add lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and onion, and drizzle with smash sauce.
- Serve & Enjoy!
Tips & Variations
- Have leftovers? If you do, which is rare, you can put these in the air fryer on a piece of parchment paper and heat up.

- Using a large sheet pan, bake your fries per the package directions.
- Brown your burger and add the cowboy seasoning.
- Chop your toppings, and make your smash sauce.
- Once the fries are baked & crispy, add the burger on top and your slices of American cheese. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted about 2-5 minutes.
- Add the rest of your toppings, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and drizzle smash sauce on top of them.
- ENJOY!
