Sheet Pan Ground Venison Nachos

In case you didn’t know Nachos are one of the most versatile meals out there. You can use chicken, brisket, steak, pork, and my favorite ground venison. In this case ground deer meat! This is my go-to when we need a quick & easy dinner.

Sometimes I prep my meat the night before, and sometimes all I do is pull my ground burger out of the freezer in the morning to thaw. That prep is key for a quick dinner. In case you didn’t take any meat out of the freezer for dinner tonight, now is the time to go do that.

What do we love about this meal, in short everything! We typically have all the ingredients on hand, and this meal has a little kick with a big crunch.

The other beautiful thing about this meal, is that while I’m providing you this recipe, you can make it however you like. Use the ingredients you love & have on hand.  The other important thing is that while there are measurements, it all depends on how big of a batch of nachos you intend to make. You can add ingredients or subtract, make a half sheet pan great for 1 or 2 people or a large sheet pan, great for a party. In this case we are making half sheet pan nachos.
