Spinach Strawberry Salad

Spinach is one thing that over the last year or two we have started eating more of in our house. It’s great in a salad, but even better when you add fresh strawberries to it, perfect for when strawberries are in season and you have an abundance of them.

The mild feta cheese and tangy balsamic dressing help bring all the flavors together & the walnuts provide a nice crunch.

So with that bring on salad season, and all that healthy fresh goodness that Summer brings!
