Simple Healthy Trail Mix

If you’re anything like me, hunger can strike at any time. And if you’re not prepared for it, it can be easy to make a less than healthy choice (not saying I don’t indulge in fast food every now and then, but I certainly can’t get into that habit any time I’m hungry while I’m out!)

I’ve learned it’s always a good idea to have a healthy snack like trail mix at my disposal for times just like that. With this recipe, you’ll find it’s a quick and tasty treat that’s a great healthy option when you’re on the go. Double the recipe if you’d like to keep some in your pantry and purse!

PS your local Aldi has some AMAZING Belgian chunks that taste gourmet and are super affordable. If you can, use them in this recipe and it will not disappoint!
